- Successors in business — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections
11.Third-Party Service Providers
The Platform relies on trusted third-party providers, including but not limited to payment gateways, Google Maps, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, email delivery services, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and are also governed by their own respective privacy policies.
12.Messaging & Communication Data
Messages exchanged through the Platform's in-built messaging system may be stored, scanned, or monitored for spam detection, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, and quality assurance purposes, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
13.Reviews & Public Profile Information
Vendor business names, listings, portfolio images, ratings, and reviews submitted by Customers are publicly visible on the Platform as part of its core marketplace function. Customers should avoid including sensitive personal information in public reviews or messages.
14.Marketing Communications
With your consent, we may send promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages about offers, new features, or relevant Vendor recommendations. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails, by replying STOP to SMS, or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings. Transactional communications (e.g. OTPs, booking confirmations) cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the Platform to function.
15.Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, including for the duration of your account's existence, and thereafter for a reasonable period to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
16.Data Storage & International Transfers
Your data is primarily stored on servers located in India or with cloud providers offering data centres serving Indian customers. Where data is processed by service providers outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
17.Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, OTP-based authentication, and regular security monitoring, to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

20.Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
21.Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. As there is currently no industry-standard approach to responding to DNT signals, the Platform does not currently respond differently based on detected DNT signals.
22.Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, such as Vendor social media pages or external review sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
23.AI Features & Automated Processing
Where the Platform uses AI-assisted features, such as automated recommendations, AI-generated content suggestions, or chat assistance, limited data (such as search queries, preferences, or booking context) may be processed to generate relevant outputs. Such processing is used to enhance your experience and does not involve fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you without an option for human review.
